Welcome to the Directors Hotel where we pride ourselves in providing the most enjoyable function for you, your family and friends. We have one function room which we call the ‘Directors Room’, it is located on the first floor of the hotel. The only access to this area is via stairs – unfortunately we have no wheelchair access to the first floor.

- Speakers and microphone stand for DJ’s to use cost is $100
- Full band set up – mic. Stands, speakers, fold backs & mixing desk cost is $200
COST FOR ROOM HIRE
The function room is free of charge for 50 – 100 people but we do require a minimum spend of $1000 on the bar for the entire evening- (this means the entire spend from all guests for the duration of the night). If numbers are under 50 people or under the minimum spend a $250 fee will be charged for room. A deposit of $250 is required to hold a booking – this is refundable on the evening depending on any damages. With regards to cancellations four weeks notice is required and the deposit will be returned, if it is less than four weeks the deposit will be non-refundable.

There are two taps in the Directors Room of which you can choose from our selection downstairs of what you would like for draught beer – we do require one weeks notice for ordering purposes. We also encourage and accommodate subsidised bar tabs – just ask for details.
We have six options for hot cocktail food and we do not have any issues with you bringing in cold food ie: dips, chips, cheese, kabana, sandwiches etc.

For catering purposes please order these one week prior to your function.
There will be a $30.00 fee for cake cutting and the provision of plates and napkins. Please let us know before the night if you require this service.
ROOM SET UP AND DECORATING
We will set up the room in a standard way before your function and we have no problem with you moving furniture around to accommodate your needs. Decorating is possible prior to your function, we only allow blue tack to be used – please NO tape, staples or nails.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR 18TH BIRTHDAYS
It is hotel policy that we require security for 18th birthday parties – for up to 60 people we require one guard and from 60 – 100 people we require two guards. We have our own company that we deal with so we will organise everything for you, the cost of each guard is $45 per hour and is a cost incurred by the birthday party. 18th Birthdays must have parental supervison throughout the whole duration of the party and they must finish at midnight.
SECURITY FOR BUCKS PARTIES
It is hotel policy that for Bucks parties of 40 or more people that we require security. The guard will be organised through the hotel and will cost $45 per hour (they must stay for the duration of the party). The cost for security is a cost incurred by the organiser of the function.
